Returns & Damaged Items
UK Delivery is calculated at checkout:
Orders up to £20 - £2.50
£20 - £50 - £3.95
£50 - £100 - £4.95
£100 - £200 - £7.95
£200 and up - £9.95
Larger or particularly fragile pieces may have different delivery arrangements, which will be clearly stated on the product page or agreed with you before purchase.
Free Studio Collection:
You are welcome to collect your finished glass artwork directly from my studio on Hayling Island, free of charge.
Simply select Free Studio Collection at Checkout. Collection is strictly by prior arrangement, and I will contact you when your artwork is ready to arrange a convenient time.
For memorial orders, I'll send you a small memorial kit containing everything you need to safely send a small amount of ashes to me.
The cost of sending the memorial kit to you and returning the ashes to me is included in the price of your memorial piece.
Delivery of your finished memorial glass is charged separately at checkout.
Hand delivery of Ashes:
For memorial glass commissions you are also welcome to deliver ashes personally and collect your finished piece by arrangement.
I hope you will love your glass but if there is a problem please get in touch.
Ready made items bought online can normally be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact me before returning anything.
Personalised and bespoke pieces, including memorial glass made to your specifications, are generally exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging so I can put things right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
