Four beautiful, handcrafted fused glass beach inspired pocket heart memorials, featuring a beach and waves created to provide a lasting tribute to someone special. A small amount of your loved one’s ashes is carefully incorporated into the glass, making every piece completely unique.

Your order includes a Memorial Kit, which will be sent to you after you place your order. The kit contains a small secure container for the ashes, simple instructions and prepaid return packaging, making the process as straightforward and reassuring as possible.
